Our location adjacent to some of Britain’s finest and unspoilt scenery makes us very conscious of our responsibility.

We are committed to take all measures possible to protect the environment, long term and short term.

Specific areas where this policy is applied include the following:

product design

We specify components and materials that are recyclable and eco friendly.

We evaluate the environmental policies of suppliers.

Our policy is to source from UK suppliers where possible to reduce carbon footprint.

product manufacture and assembly

We assemble or manufacture our products in the UK to reduce our carbon footprint.

installation

Although CBS work throughout the UK we aim to use locally based installers to reduce our carbon footprint.

packaging

Where possible our packaging is reused: in other cases our suppliers are instructed to use recyclable packaging and we have waste management policies in place which include collection for recycling.
